About Us
We are Joan and Reg Grimmett, our small kennel is situated in Wharfedale on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales in Northern England. We have owned Goldens for over 26 years. Our first Golden was bought as a family pet, she was called Honey, and this started our love affair with this lovely breed.
First and foremost our dogs are much loved family pets, and live in the house, we enjoy showing them and we used to like working them, when we were more mobile!
We only keep a few dogs so that they can be given the attention they need. At present we have two girls and one boy, they range in age from 9 years old to 4 years old.
We only have litters of puppies when we wish to retain one. our puppies are bred for soundness, beauty and most important that true Golden temperament.
All our dogs are hip scored and have clear eye certificates.
